What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
-Pressure washing uses pressure and harsh chemicals to clean the surfaces. This method is best to be used when cleaning hard porous surfaces such as concrete, stone, or pavers.
-Soft washing incorporates low-pressure nozzles combined with special biodegradable cleaning solutions. Our Soft Washing method allows us to remove biological elements such as algae, mold, moss, dirt, and other organic stains. This is the safest way to clean roofs, decks, house sidings, and fences while maintaining the paint and masonry longer.

How often should I have the exterior of my house washed?
This depends on several factors, such as if your house is close to a high-traffic road, or the weather conditions.
We recommend that your house gets washed every 1-3 years on average.
What type of sidings can be soft washed?
Our fully trained team is prepared to wash any type of siding material including vinyl siding, brick, wood, stucco, metal, Hardie boards, and more.
Soft washing is also the go-to method to wash roofs!
Can I do the power washing or soft washing on my own?
You can always rent a pressure washer at your local rental shop. This task could be seen as a DIY project, but it is important to remember that using the wrong pressure might result in chip painting or ruining your house siding. And even though you might be able to rent a low PSI equipment, it could hold a low amount of water making the project take days not hours.
What do I need to do to prepare for exterior house washing?
While we strive to provide the highest service level, we do ask you to do a few things before our arrival.
- Please ensure all doors and windows are closed.
- Bring inside all items that might get damaged by the cleaning solutions like furniture, shoes, bikes, etc. A clear, accessible path will make your house washing service run smoothly.
- While removing the window screens is not really required, we highly recommend it to allow a more thorough cleaning. We offer deep screen washing as a separate service if desired.
